The Directors are pleased to announce the merger of Gill & Wilkinson and Dunham Engineering Services. The deal was completed on 16 December and is effective from Wednesday 17 December 2008.

Dunham Engineering Services is a specialist in Design & Construction of Mechanical building services and has an excellent reputation with clients throughout the UK.

Gill & Wilkinson has a long established electrical installation tradition with a growing expertise in mechanical building services. The deal with Dunham will significantly enhance the mechanical capability of the combined business.

Both companies will continue to trade as operating divisions under their own names and will also seek new M&E contracts together. The Board has appointed Mark Kitchen and Kevin Chambers as Divisional Directors for Gill & Wilkinson and Dunham Engineering Services respectively.

The combined business offers a wider range of expertise to current clients and is an attractive design & build option for new clients in many industry sectors.
