Duncan trained with Price Waterhouse as a chartered accountant and was subsequently Finance Director of Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS). He built up the car parking division of TCS and went with the business as group finance director when it was sold to Q Park BV. He joined GWD in late 2004 and has the strategic overview of GWD accounts and bank relationship.
